Good morning everyone! I hope week 2 has gone smoothly for everyone! Personally I feel like this week has gone quicker than last! See below for your activity today!

Learning Target: I can Cite several pieces of textual evidence to support analysis of what the text says explicitly as well as inferences drawn from the text by completing a RACES writing assignment.

Work session: Log into Newsela and read the assigned article and take the quiz afterwards. Afterwards on a separate sheet of paper identify the main idea of the article and also identify 3 adverb/adjective phrases.
